By accessing or using SerenePeak Code Clinic ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities under it.
- Provide accurate information and promptly update changes.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Course access and license
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for 12 months, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, redistribute, or publicly post course content without permission.
- Do not engage in scraping, unauthorized data collection, or abuse of our systems.
- Respect intellectual property and the learning community.
5. Payments and refunds
All prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Refund requests are evaluated according to our FAQ and applicable laws. We may change prices prospectively.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. "SerenePeak Code Clinic" is our brand name.
7. Third-party services
We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, salaries, or uninterrupted access.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services during the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. When changes materially affect you, we will provide notice.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
